Below are details of our commitment to our Training Provider’s (TP) which will be kept under regular review by EuropeActive in light of experience and feedback.

Training Provider support for applications to become accredited with EuropeActive:

We will endeavour at all times to respond to our TP in the following manner:

  • To make initial contact with the TP within a 10 working day period of the application being received
  • To provide the initial report to the TP within a 10 working day period of the initial contact with the TP
  • To provide any follow-up report to the TP within a 10 working day period of receiving the additional evidence from the TP

In addition we will endeavour at all times to:

  • deal with all telephone and e-mail enquiries within 72 hours
